TML Handbook

I have not found a clean link to the Texas Municipal League's Handbook For Mayors and Councilmembers. If someone has that link, please post a comment here. The handbook is available for free to member cities, and Marfa is a member, but no one at the city has ever requested this handbook. Fortunately, a concerned citizen has purchased a copy for each council member. Expect delivery soon.
